The "ONLY 2 IN ALL OF HISTORY EVER DIED FOR FREEDOM ALL OVER THE WORLD...JESUS CHRIST AND THE AMERICAN SOLDIER" patch is a brightly colored embroidered patch. It has great detail and looks great too. I don't believe there is anything else to say about this patch, that the patch doesn't already say. It measures about 4" wide and about 1.5" tall.
